Crisis Track Software Training – Rapid City, SD

Crisis Track is a tool for County EMs and potential applicants of either Public Assistance or Individual Assistance to use to track damages during and after an event. Damages that are entered in an incident through Crisis Track are then submitted to the State OEM office for use during PDAs to verify County thresholds and request a Presidential Disaster Declaration. As of January 1st , Crisis Track is the required way to submit damage information.
Class will be broken into three parts: Online application, Mobile Device Application, and Self-Report Website. Topics covered will include pre-disaster setup, administrative functions, damage capturing through various forms and methods, and additional functions of the software.
This training is specific for County Emergency Managers and other County Staff that would support in damage collection or review.
Participants will need a computer and smartphone for hands on training with the Crisis Track App and web forms.
This Crisis Track training will meet the LEMPG requirement for Crisis Track training.
To receive credit for training you must be present for the entire course.
Venue Information: You will receive specific training location information via e-mail when you have been approved to attend this course by the administrator. Please allow for up to 48 hours for this to occur.
Canceling Registrations
- If a student can no longer attend a training they have registered for, they are asked to notify the State Training Officer as soon as possible prior to the date of class. At least 2 week’s notice is preferred, as then persons on waitlists can be let into the training with this notification. It is understood that certain circumstances may occur at times to prevent the giving of proper notification of cancelation.
