Crisis Track is a tool for potential applicants of either Public Assistance or Individual Assistance to use to track damages during and after an event. Damages that are entered in an incident through Crisis Track are then submitted to the State OEM office for use during PDAs to verify County thresholds and request a Presidential Disaster Declaration. Crisis Track is the required way to submit damage information to the state.

Class will review: Administrative Functions and Mobile Device Application. Topics covered will include pre-disaster setup, some administrative functions, damage capturing through various forms and methods, and additional functions of the software.

Participants will need a computer and smartphone for hands on training with the Crisis Track App and web forms.

This Crisis Track training will meet the LEMPG requirement for Crisis Track training.

To receive credit for training you must be present for the entire course.

Any questions can be directed to the Public Assistance team at Dustin.Hight@state.sd.us.
